As part of Monica Healthcare's commitment to the international community, Monica are pleased to announce the release of our new product sheets for Monica AN24 Fetal Holter, Monica AN24 Fetal Maternal Monitor and Monica AN24 Research in 6 languages - English, French, German, Italian, Polish and Spanish.

We will of course continue to add languages to our product information materials, software and user guides but if you have a specific language request please do not hesitate to contact us.

Minutes of Meeting

 The Chairman opened the meeting and welcomed the shareholders and Board members and then moved to the Proposed Resolutions:

Apologies for Absence: Mr Bruce Venning

1. To consider and approve the Annual Report and Financial Statements for the period ended 30th April 2007. The Chairman explained the purpose of this resolution.

The resolution was put to the meeting and a vote called. The resolution was passed unanimously on a show of hands. The Chairman voted Mr Venning's proxy in favour of the motion at his request.

2. To re-appoint PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP as the Company's auditors and to authorise the Board to agree their remuneration.

 The resolution was put to the meeting and a vote called. The resolution was passed unanimously on a show of hands. The Chairman voted Mr Venning's proxy in favour of the motion at his request.

There being no further business the meeting was closed.
